I am contacting you about a partial order that I received today. This sweater is nothing like the style in shown in the photo. The dimensions seen in the photo shows a 3/4 length fit, unfortunately the sweater ship is mid waist length. This is not the customer's error. What makes it so misleading and inconvenient is that your company requires the customer to pay for shipping and handling, when you've sent a product that bears none of the appearances and features that people use as a visual to aid in making their selection. This is so deceptive. Unfortunately China does a lot of this to mislead customers. Please refer to the photo that I as a customer relyed on in making a selection.Image Your sizes run small also the 3x fits like a 1x.Image Someone just sent any sweater and thought that I as the Customer would not recognize the difference. This is a completely different style. I would have never selected a style that looked like this. I went by the online photo. Please send 3 return shipping and handling labels to make this right. Dont do Business like this...Very shady.

Don't believe the rave reviews - THEY CANNOT BE REAL.

Problems on every level with POPZORA.

First, the quality is the worst I've ever seen. Imagine fabric that Walmart would reject - that's what you get from this company. Items appearing to be "sweatshirt" material are nothing like it. Talking about the "POCKET CASUAL LONG SLEEVE PLUS SIZE HOODIE" - AUGHHH...It claims to be polyester & spandex - it is some horrible fabric, made from something completely unnatural - not even a shred of cotton here - static cling no matter what you do. I wore it to work and couldn't wait to get home and TAKE IT OFF. After one wash, the whole thing pilled and picked up lint like I've never seen. I washed it separately - can't even use it as rags because the fabric doesn't have any absorption, it's just awful.

The coats/jackets were much too small - "AS PICTURE COTTON CASUAL TRIBAL POCKETS COAT" and "PLUS SIZE WARM CASUAL HOODIE PARKER OUTERWEAR". The "RED BASIC ABSTRACT CREW NECK POCKETS CASUAL DRESS" is not only much smaller than described, it feels like the fabric has literally been painted - it's ghastly.

AND DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RETURNING anything!!!! There is a reason they don't talk about their return policy on the web site. First of all, the items arrive weeks after ordering after being smashed and jammed into the smallest package possible - They've been hanging for over 2 months and the wrinkles still look like creases! The return address is in California. BUT, when you request a return, you are instructed that you have to return the merchandise to China - Here is an excerpt from the email I received once I requested a return:

"Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package."

Basically, what this means is that YOU assume the cost of the return shipping to China AND IN ADDITION these thieves will deduct from your refund ANY OTHER RELATED RETURN CHARGES, whatever than means AND CUSTOMS FEES! My order total was $200.69. After a return shipping cost of approximately $75.00 plus whatever other charges these unscrupulous people want to deduct, I could end up with NOTHING LEFT FOR A REFUND!

Don't take my work for any of this - ask specifically what the material is, ask for the specific measurements of the garment, find out the approximate weight of your potential order (or estimate it yourself) and call the Post office and ask them the cost to ship to Guangzhou, China because you most certainly will not be happy with your order. Then consider their wide open policy in their favor of ANY OTHER RELATED RETURN CHARGES AND CUSTOMS FEES because you WILL want to return this *** I assure you.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO, YOU WILL LOOSE IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM(S) FOR ANY REASON ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE AND POPZORA KNOWS IT! Your Credit Card Company can't help you in a dispute and neither can PayPal - I tried both. They both say that you have to return the items and I explained the problems with that option. The fact that Popzora misrepresents the items doesn't matter.

They are modern day CHINESE PIRATES!

I learned my lesson. I will NEVER buy another product from CHINA. They have the reputation they have for a reason - sneaky, unprincipled, deceitful, piratic, I could go on and on. It's about time America turned its' back on them and their businesses because their business practices are shameful and thievius. We are finally saying "ENOUGH" to China and it's way of doing "BUSINESS" and I couldn't be happier! Once they trick you out of your money, that's it!

I ordered clothes Dec 2, 2019 and still have not received everything. $160 gone.

I do take blame for not reading reviews but I trusted google and facebook. From what I'm reading of failed returns, I don't want to pay for return, them say they never rec'd, not get a refund, and they sale it again. I went thru PayPal since I had not heard of the company, but it doesn't sound like they can help either. One pkg I did receive was completely soaked.

It was like being dropped in the water for at least an hour, pulling it out, and shipping it. It stinks and took 2 days to dry hanging in bathtub. Won't ever be wearable.

Do not waste your $$ no matter how cute things look. You'll be disappointed with what you get, if you even receive your order.

Is there no department in Google or Facebook,that checks the reliability & reputation of its advertisers ? I find it mystifying that, in this supposedly knowledgeable & cyber-sophisticated age,that this can't be stopped.

You should issue a Return Postage Label and have this misrepresented, not as described garbage picked up! That's what a legitimate business would do - that's how we do business in the USA! It's still sitting in my garage boxed up as I got it almost a year ago - I can't even stand to look at it. Horrible reviews are all over the Internet.

You are THIEVES!!!! I'm one American who couldn't be happier that the trade issue with China is being addressed - HALLELUJAH!

this company is no good they send you *** merchandise none of it is any good I order 91.00 dollar worth of merchandise this so call company is total trash, I never received one of the dresses and the one I did receive was total trash. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I've been E-mailing them for the past week about my order with no response. Please do not use this company.

I placedmy order on Feb 2. It was shipped on Feb 12. Why it would take10 days to fill, I have no idea. I still have not received my order. When I go to tracking, It shows that USPS has not received it yet. It is now 27 days after my order was placed. Where is it coming from, outer space!!!! I will never order anything else from your company!!!! I am waiting till Monday to get some info from USPS? If they still have not received the merchandise for delivery, I will contact Paypal to get my money back which I have already paid to Discover.What a sorry excuse for a business you are!!!!!! You give a bad name to online buying!!!!!!!!

I ordered five items from Popzora. My mistake was, I did not check any reviews. The clothes look beautiful on line, but the quality is horrible. I can not wear them due to the very poor quality. I am out approximately two hundred dollars ($200). I requested the return authorization and label within the designated time frame, but never got it. Popzora made sure to tell me that it would be very expensive for ME to return the items to them, which is correct, but I wanted to, at least, get some of my money backand not just the 15% Popzora offered me. PLEASE consumers, listen to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM POPZORA. The cost to return your items are very, very expensive. For me to return, I would have had to pay about eighty dollars; however, after I declined the 15% offer, I never heard from them again.

If you are not going to authorize returns and process the return labels, it is the same as stealing from someone. Telling me to email you regarding processing a return and then not responding to it means you do not have any intentions to process the return and, thus, return my money.

Because your company is located outside of the US, buyers must be cautious because there is little oversight regarding your company AND because the return charges are extremely high. I offer this: BUYERS BE WARE, and may your treatment of your customers (including me) boomerang back to you.
